See, there’s big movers and small movers in the weight loss game. Small movers are things like eating breakfast within an hour of awakening, no carbs after a certain time, or eating 5-6 small meals per day.
Then there’s the big movers. The things that will have a drastic impact on your results. Namely eating enough calories each day to support your goal. This is truly one of the most important things and whether you do it in 3 meals or 5-6 it won’t make much difference in your overall weight loss results. It really boils down to personal preference.
