21 Day Personal Training Beginners Program
After you call, text or email us that you’re interested, we will set up a day and time to meet and discuss your health history and fitness goals. If you decide to move forward, we will assign you one of our friendly certified trainers. All of our trainers are well versed in working with clients with little to no workout experience.
The work out sessions are only 30 minutes and incorporate stretching and fundamental strength training exercises. You can choose to come to 2 or 3 sessions per week for 21 days. Starting you off nutritionally, we provide you with an easy to follow, done for you nutrition plan. No crazy crash diets. Just common sense healthy food meal plans. Marc will meet with you each week to help keep you on track and answer all your nutrition and fitness concerns.

* Work out times available 530am to 830pm

* Program can be done in your home (in home training) for an additional charge.
