We understand you want a great workout in an environment that’s as comfortable as your home, and you can find it right here at Anatomy 201.
All group training sessions are led by certified personal trainers – not aerobics instructors. Our trainers are highly educated on program design, anatomy and physiology, and teaching proper form.
Geared for beginner/intermediate level. This class is geared to help everyone understand proper body positions in all exercises. Here you will learn calisthenics, strength training, and cardio intervals. This class incorporates many of the same exercises as our 201 classes but are done at a lower intensity. You’ll perform exercises geared to build strength and increase your metabolism.
Geared for intermediate to advanced level. Group fitness classes that use strength training and interval training to jack up your metabolism. This is a full-body workout that is designed to get you leaner, stronger, and more toned. Using state-of-the-art exercise equipment and specialized metabolic workouts, you’ll achieve results faster than you ever thought possible. Our certified trainer will give beginners and those with injuries modifications for the more challenging exercises.
A 50 minute, total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. Classes will include stations and group exercises to produce a high caloric burn and full-body toning formulated to include every muscle while avoiding injury.
Anatomy After Burn
This class perfectly compliments those who want to take their fitness to the next level. The energy is high, and you will sweat more than ever before. You will learn complex movements which warrant higher caloric expenditure.
This has quickly become a must attend class if your interested in seeing how far you can go. Each week, a certain carefully selected set of movements are demonstrated before you are then challenged to complete as fast as possible. If you like many reps, then try this class.
Meet Me at the Bar (Bell)
All levels. This class incorporates exercises using a barbell and/or a weighted barbell. Proper form and execution of exercises will be taught and closely monitored. At least half the class will consist of using the barbell and half will incorporate other strength training exercises.
All levels. This class focuses on strength training and interval training in a circuit style. Exercises are broken up into different stations. Kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, water rowers, and treadmills will be used to increase your heart rate, build lean muscle, and jack up your metabolism.

Do I have to register for each class?
No. But please fill out a waiver by clicking on the link that’s above the 21 Day Program. It’s near the top and says “click here to fill out class waiver.”
Can I take a tour of the facility?
Yes, just call or email us to set up a tour. We would love to talk about your individual fitness goals as well.
What kind of results can I expect to see?
It depends on what your goals are. If you have over 30 pounds to lose you may lose 10 or more pounds per month. If your looking to tone and build muscle, results start showing after 30 days.
