How it works:

You will schedule a consultation with Marc or Russ to discuss your goals, any previous medical history, and current fitness level.

We may provide an optional fitness assessment to further assess your mobility and current level of fitness. This part of the consultation lasts approximately 15 minutes and is done at a very low intesity. It’s simply used for us to gather more information about what type of program design will suit you best.

After the assessment, we will sit back down and give you our recommendations on which program is right for you.

Yes, we can privately train up to 5 people in a group.

It depends on what your goals are. If you have over 30 pounds to lose you may lose, 10 or more pounds per month. If your looking to tone and build muscle, results usually start showing after 30 days.
