Your personal training program will be designed based on your exact goals, injuries, and fitness level. From beginner to advanced, we can provide one-on-one personal training that will help you see visible results faster than you ever thought possible. 
One on one training is perfect for people who don’t enjoy working out in a group, want to focus on their specific goals and problem areas, or prefer a more personal approach to fitness.

Your personal trainer and nutrition coach will work closely with you to help you get the best possible results. An effective nutrition program is an essential part of our system. Together we will tailor your nutrition program to fit your lifestyle, current health needs, and fitness goals. Whether you’re looking for an advanced training program or simply prefer to go at your own pace, personal training is the right choice for you.

How it works:


You will schedule a complementary consultation with Marc or Russ to discuss your goals, any previous medical history, and current fitness level. We will give you a full tour of our 4,000 square foot fitness facility.


We may provide an optional fitness assessment to further assess your mobility and current level of fitness. This part of the consultation lasts approximately 15 minutes and is done at a very low intesity. It’s simply used for us to gather more information about what type of program design will suit you best. 


After the consultation/assessment, we will sit back down and talk about which program is right for you and what the realistic expectations will be. Most clients are pleasantly surprised that they can expect to lose 5-10 pounds a month all the way to their goal weight and/or get in shape in 3-6 months!

How do I get started?

Can I train with my spouse or friends?

Yes, we can privately train up to 5 people in a group.

What kind of results can I expect to see?

It depends on what your goals are and your exercise frequency but most of our clients typically lose 8-12 pounds per month if they follow our 201 or 301 nutrition lifestyle and train with their trainer 3 times per week. If you are looking to just tone up, initial results can be seen within the 1st 30 days. Typically within your 1st 30 days your pants will feel looser and you will feel less bloated.
