How it works:
First, you will need to schedule a complementary consultation with Marc to discuss your goals, previous medical history, and current fitness level.
Based on that information, Marc will then outline the programs that are suitable for you and what the realistic expectations will be.
After a program is selected, your 1st nutrition appointment will be booked and your trainer will contact you directly to schedule your 1st training session. Marc oversees the nutrition program for all personal training clients and training sessions are led by his team of 14 trainers.

Yes, we can privately train up to 5 people in a group.
What kind of results can I expect to see?
It depends on what your goals are and your exercise frequency but most of our clients typically lose 8-12 pounds per month if they follow our 201 or 301 nutrition lifestyle and train with their trainer 3 times per week. If you are looking to just tone up, initial results can be seen within the 1st 30 days. Typically within your 1st 30 days your pants will feel looser and you will feel less bloated.
